DiggiDocs offers document digitization services, including:

• Document Digitalization & Electronic Records
• Fine Art & Historical Archive Scanning
• 3D Mapping, Scanning, and Modeling

2. Use of Services

By using our services, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement. Unauthorized use or reselling of our services is strictly prohibited.

3. No Ownership Rights

Using our service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our services or the content you access.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, and service content are the exclusive property of DiggiDocs unless otherwise stated.

5. Payments and Quotations

All prices are quoted in ZAR and are subject to change based on the complexity of the job. Full payment must be made prior to delivery of any digitized files.

6. Delivery and Turnaround

Turnaround time depends on job size and volume. Estimated completion will be communicated beforehand.

7. File Handling

DiggiDocs is not responsible for lost or damaged documents during shipping. Customers should back up their originals where possible.

8. Confidentiality

All data and documents are treated with strict confidentiality. We use secure servers and comply with data protection regulations.

9. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not offered unless an error occurred on our part.

10. Third-Party Tools

We may integrate with trusted third-party tools. DiggiDocs is not responsible for third-party performance or data handling.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
